This project is a study case, but the problem is very real. I focused on hotel booking websites because I’ve personally found them overwhelming, with too many steps, unclear pricing, and a lack of trust in the process. Nearly half of users abandon bookings due to reasons such as unexpected costs or finding a smoother option elsewhere.
